Job Description

 

  • Vận hành & Tối ưu hóa hệ thống Automation Marketing (Growth)
  • Quản trị dữ liệu & Phân khúc khách hàng (Data Governance)
  • Phân tích hiệu quả & Báo cáo chỉ số sức khỏe khách hàng
  • Quản trị chi phí & Vận hành kênh tương tác số (CSAds)
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý

 

Job Requirement

 

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Hệ thống thông tin quản lý (MIS), Công nghệ thông tin, Phân tích dữ liệu hoặc Marketing (có nền tảng kỹ thuật).
  • Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 01 năm vận hành hệ thống CRM hoặc công cụ Automation Marketing.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về SQL, xử lý dữ liệu lớn (Big Data) là lợi thế.
  • Tư duy phân tích sắc bén, làm việc với con số.
  • Có kỹ năng kỹ thuật (Technical skills) để thiết lập luồng (Flow) và tích hợp hệ thống.
  • Có tư duy Growth Hacking (tối ưu hóa tăng trưởng).
