Job Description

  • Tư vấn và xây dựng chương trình tour theo yêu cầu của khách hàng
  •  Lên chiết tính giá và báo giá cho khách
  • Chốt tour và bàn giao cho Điều hành để triển khai dịch vụ
  • Quản trị hệ thống dịch vụ tour theo đúng hợp đồng cam kết với khách hàng
  • Thực hiện thanh lý, quyết toán hợp đồng với khách; theo dõi thu tiền của khách.
  • Thực hiện công tác chăm sóc khách hàng trước, trong, sau chuyến đi

Job Requirement

  • Nam/Nữ tốt nghiệp ngành Du lịch hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan
  • Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh du lịch
  • Sức khỏe tốt, ngoại hình dễ nhìn, đối với ứng viên nam cao từ 1.7m; nữ cao từ 1.6m
  • Có tố chất sales, kiến thức sản phẩm du lịch
  • Giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc cao
