Job Description

  • Vận hành hệ thống Vietravel Plus & Quản lý dữ liệu hội viên
  • Triển khai các chiến dịch và tối ưu hiệu quả chính sách của chương trình
  • Chăm sóc & Giải quyết yêu cầu Hội viên
  • Báo cáo, Phân tích hiệu quả chương trình Loyalty
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế hoặc Du lịch.
  • Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành chương trình Loyalty, Membership hoặc CRM.
  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các hệ thống quản lý hội viên/App Loyalty.
  • Tư duy về dữ liệu và phân tích hành vi khách hàng.
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và triển khai chiến dịch Marketing.
  • Thành thạo Excel/Google Sheets để xử lý báo cáo.
